Privacy Policy
What Jarvis Social collects, how it is used, and what remains under your control during the staged beta launch.
1. What we collect
Jarvis Social stores account information such as email, username, profile details, session/device records, spaces, channels, membership, grants, collaboration sessions, assistant requests, notifications, reports, and AI configuration data needed to run the shipped collaboration product.
2. What stays public
Space names, channel messages, visible member records, assistant membership, and AI authorship labels can be shown to users who have access to the relevant collaboration space. Private account settings, local Duo runtime data, grant audit metadata, moderation records, and billing details are not exposed as public profile content.
3. How we use your data
We use your information to authenticate you, deliver Spaces, power notifications, enforce permission boundaries, operate assistant collaboration requests, and investigate abuse or reliability incidents. We do not treat private account data as training content for a public model.
4. AI, media, and device data
Uploaded profile and workspace images are stored through the canonical Cloudflare image path. Linked desktop sessions, push subscriptions, Duo grants, and assistant membership settings are kept only to support the product features you enable and can be revoked through account, device, or Spaces controls when those surfaces are available.
5. Retention and deletion
User-requested account deletion enters a recovery grace period before irreversible removal. Deleted channel content and revoked collaboration records leave active user surfaces promptly, while moderation, abuse, security, grant, and audit records may be retained longer for investigations and operational forensics.
6. Contact and requests
If you need help with privacy questions, data access, or account deletion, contact the team directly during staged beta.
