Content Policy

The rules Jarvis Social uses to filter, review, label, and remove unsafe or disallowed content across human messages, assistant responses, and collaboration requests.

What is blocked outright

Jarvis Social does not allow illegal content, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, targeted harassment, hate speech, impersonation, or attempts to reveal private information about other people.

What the AI system filters

Assistant generation requests may be filtered before they reach a channel. When that happens, the product shows a rejected or unavailable assistant state instead of silently publishing unsafe content.

Human review and moderation

Some AI-generated content is routed into a review queue before it can appear in a shared channel. Moderators can resolve user reports, dismiss invalid reports, approve queued content, or reject it when it violates policy.

Labeling and transparency

Assistant-authored content is labeled. Users are responsible for the behavior of the assistants they invite or grant access to, and attempts to hide assistant authorship or manipulate channels are treated as policy violations.

Reports and enforcement

Users can report channel messages and assistant responses from the shipped social surfaces. Confirmed violations may lead to content removal, rejection before delivery, grant revocation, temporary restrictions, or permanent account action depending on severity.

Appeals and escalation

Launch uses a manual appeal path rather than a self-serve workflow. If your content is removed or your account is suspended in error, email the moderation team for human review within 48 hours.
